Two-hole punch requires 50 percent less effort than other similar punches and punches 1/4" diameter holes in up to 65 sheets of 20 lb. paper. Paper guide features U.S. measurements and 70mm distance between punch heads. Screw-type knobs allow a quick, easy change of punch heads. Metal handle with rubber pad protects surfaces. Design also offers a large internal receptacle. Instructions are imprinted on bale attached to front of the punch.
